2:22 pm	re: abortai esu visiškai prieš tą įstatymą. aš pats manau, kad abortas yra bjaurus dalykas, galintis turėti sunkių fizinių ir psichologinių pasekmių nėščiajai, niekam jo nelinkiu ir nesiūliau, nesiūlau, bei nesiūlysiu, tačiau aš už teisę galėti jį pasidaryti, suvokiant ką darai ir ko nori. valstybė stengiasi per smulkiai reguliuoti per daug gyvenimo sričių. užtenka jau minčių ir veiklos valdymo, kam dar valdyti kūnus?! nors įstatymo projektas (įdomios pastabos, žr čia, o ir kiti 'susiję dokumentai' gan įdomūs) ir vadinasi "gyvybės prenatalinėje fazėje apsaugos įstatymas", tačiau jame detaliai nagrinėjama, tik kuomet abortas leidžiamas ir kaip baudžiamas asmuo, atlikęs abortą. apie kitką -- naujagimių globą, lytinį švietimą, vaikų auginimo skatinimą ir pan. užsimenama labai nekonkrečiai - "atsako Vyriausybė". į spaudos konferencijos dalyvių klausimus apie tolesnę viziją konkrečiai atsakyta nebuvo, tik eilinį kartą pakartota, kaip viskas pagerėjo Lenkijoje, priėmus analogišką įstatymą. aš visiškai nereikalauju konkretaus veiksmų plano 5-10 metų į priekį, aš tik noriu išgirsti viziją, kaip ir kas galėtų būti daroma. nieko. pagal projektą įstatymas įsigalioja per 30 d. po priėmimo. t.y. baudžiamoji atsakomybė tuoj pat, "gyvenimo gerinimas" -- kažkada, "atsako vyriausybė", reiškia bent už poros metų. peršasi nuomonė, kad 5 žmonės tiesiog nori kuo greičiau prastumti bent daugybę žmonių suvaržantį įstatymą, užsidėti sau kažkokį medalį, gauti papildomų taškų žaidime "lietuvos katalikų bažnyčia", bet kaip ten bus įstatymo paliestiems žmonės, jiems gerokai nusišikt, išskyrus gal keletą parodmųjų virvelės (ar bambagyslės) nukirpimų. galima murmėti, kad 'europos sąjunga, judėjimo laisvė, ko čia būt nepatenkintu, kas nori, tas ir pasidarys abortą'. judėjimo laisvė priklauso nuo pinigų kiekio. taigi, skurdesni žmonės, kuriems, tikėtina, gims daugiau vaikų to aborto pasidaryt negalės (ar jei galės, tai jiems kainuos žymiai daugiau), tuo tarpu turtingesni, kurie galėtų vaiką auginti geresnėmis sąlygomis, atitinkamai lengviau galės pasidaryti abortą kitoje šalyje. imho, tai dar vienas tokio įstatymo minusas. cituoju gintkava: bus įdomu balandžio 22 d. paklausyti start.fm laidos "Atviras galas" šia tema, kurioje bus reportažas iš "diskusijos" ir interviu su Margarita Jankauskaite. 12:40 pm	Simai, nuvežk every recording session that i participate in, teaches me new things. every time, when someone finds self in the loneliness of the tracking room, everyone learns again, that "you're not that good, pal. you thought you are, but you're not". a refreshing experience. anyway, more good rock'n'roll is condemned to storage media. demeter hbp-1h proved to be a great bass recording preamp. bottom, roundness, as sharp as you want. a right educated guess, a successful investment. sunday. 17:26. the shittiest part of Riga orbital road, between Maza Jugla and Liela Jugla. menacing evening skies. it must be the White Stripes on the radio.
